Closed pilot phase · for YouTube creators and their teams

Know what works on YouTube – before you produce the next video.

TubeMakers watches the channels in your niche, spots videos that are running far above average right now, and turns those patterns into concrete drafts for your next topics, titles, thumbnails and scripts. On top, you see your own channel’s statistics in one place. What gets published is your decision – video by video.

Why TubeMakers?

Gut feeling is expensive

A video costs days of research, editing and voice work. Whether the topic carries often only shows after publication. TubeMakers gives you the data before.

Research eats time

Keeping dozens of channels in view, spotting outliers, comparing patterns – by hand that is a full-time job. TubeMakers does it daily and reports what stands out.

Title and thumbnail decide

The best content stays invisible if nobody clicks. TubeMakers derives title and thumbnail variants from proven success patterns in your niche, ready for you to compare.

How TubeMakers works

  1. 1

    Observe

You define which channels and topics belong to your niche. TubeMakers fetches the public metrics of new videos daily and detects outliers: videos performing unusually well for their channel.

  2. 2

    Understand

Outliers become patterns: which topics, title forms, visual ideas and narrative structures are working right now? Plus your own channel analytics – retention, traffic sources, click-through rate – strictly separated from everyone else’s.

  3. 3

    Plan

TubeMakers proposes concrete video ideas and prepares drafts: several title variants, thumbnail concepts, an outline and a script draft with narration and suggestions for visuals. Everything stays a draft until you edit it.

  4. 4

    Approve and publish

You review the finished video, choose title, description, visibility, playlist and date – and explicitly confirm the publication. TubeMakers performs nothing on your channel that you have not individually approved.

Features in detail

Niche radar

Watched channels and videos with daily refreshed public metrics: views per hour, ratio to subscribers, development over time – all labelled as TubeMakers analysis.

Outlier detection

Every new video is compared with its channel’s normal level. Whatever lies clearly above it appears in your overview with topic, title and thumbnail.

Title and thumbnail workshop

From proven patterns in your niche, TubeMakers creates title variants and thumbnail concepts, each with a rationale for the effect it aims at. You pick or adjust.

Script and production support

Outline, script draft, narration text and suggestions for visuals – tuned to the length and style of your channel. You edit, cut, add; nothing moves on without your review.

Your own channel analytics

After a voluntary Google connection: audience retention, traffic sources, impressions and click-through rate of your videos – visible only to you and your team, with hints on what to change next time.

Publication planning

Prepare description, tags, playlist assignment and date in one place. Publication itself happens only after your explicit confirmation with all details in view.

Who is TubeMakers for?

Solo creators

You do everything yourself and want to spend scarce time on the videos that have a real chance.

Small teams

Editorial, editing and channel management work in one shared workspace with clear roles.

Multiple channels

Each channel has its own separated workspace. Data of different channel owners is never mixed.

TubeMakers is intended for professional creators and the team members they explicitly authorise – not for children.

Pilot phase

TubeMakers is currently in a closed pilot phase

The application is being opened to pilot customers step by step. Until then there is no public sign-up. If you are interested, drop us a short note about the channel you run and the niche you work in – we will get back to you as soon as a seat is available.

Frequently asked questions

Is TubeMakers a tool that churns out videos on a conveyor belt?

No. TubeMakers provides data and drafts; every video is reviewed, reworked and individually approved by you. Mass-produced, repetitive content violates YouTube’s policies and harms your channel – TubeMakers is neither intended nor built for that.

Does TubeMakers need my Google password?

Never. The connection to your own channel uses Google sign-in (OAuth). You sign in at Google, see exactly which permissions are requested and can revoke them at any time in your Google security settings.

Which permissions does TubeMakers request?

For the analytics features, read-only access to channel information and channel statistics only. Write permissions are not requested in advance; publishing through TubeMakers – where enabled – is a separate step with its own confirmation. Details on the Security & control page.

What happens to my data if I stop?

You disconnect in TubeMakers or at Google; we revoke the access token and delete the associated stored data within seven calendar days. The procedure is described on Delete your data.

What does TubeMakers cost?

During the pilot phase we agree terms individually with each pilot customer. Public pricing follows with general availability.

Can I manage several channels?

Yes. Each channel gets its own separated workspace. You may only connect channels you own or are expressly authorised to manage.

Note: TubeMakers uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How TubeMakers handles YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy; the Google Privacy Policy applies in addition.
